Dear son,
I can not believe another month has gone by. Life has been so busy… you have been playing a lot of baseball, and I am still driving your sister to all of her swim practices. Add to that the fact that dad was out of town for work and I photographed 3 weddings and a dance studio in 7 days! I feel like I have not seen very much of you which makes me sad. I love how mature and responsible you have become. You have your first job mowing lawns, and you are very good about making sure it gets down when needed without having to be reminded. You also LOVE to cook! At times I feel like you have taken over the kitchen and the grill! I love that you are trying new things, I do however wish that you would clean up your messes in the kitchen….
I hope that with the start of summer next week that we will have more time together. I think we should start having a mother son night at least once a mont. How does that sound. We can take turns choosing the activities. Yes, this means that you might have to go see a “chick flick” with your mom. This will be good training for when you start dating. Your future girlfriends and wives will appreciate the fact that you will go see go see movies they like too.
