I can not believe another month has already passed and it is time for myself and the other moms in my circle to write our letters to our sons. The speed of time is the reason I decided to participate in this project. Before we know it our children will be adults! I hope you enjoy reading all of the letters this month.
Dear Son,
We just spent the first weekend of many this year watching you play baseball. Here are the top 5 things I love about watching you play:
1. You support your teammates both when they do well and when they have disappointments.
2. You are respectful of your coaches, including your dad.
3. You give it your all, even when you are sore and in pain.
4. You show good sportsmanship. Even though sometimes you act like the 13 year old boy that you are, you still manage to do the right thing in the end.
5. You are not afraid to show your emotions! I almost love watching your reaction as much as I love watching you make a play.
While I did not bring my camera this weekend, I still love these shots of you from previous seasons.
