Spring Wedding – Jordan and Luke
Wow, just wow! I have no idea how Jordan and Luke pulled of planning such a beautiful wedding! With Jordan in her dental residency and Luke continuing to advance his career I am seriously impressed by all the thought and attention to detail that was placed into this wedding.
The day started with Jordan and her bridesmaids getting ready at her childhood home. There was a sense of excitement and honestly I did not feel any tension or stress from the ladies. This is significant because often time on wedding days emotions are running high and there is always at least one person who is not in a celebratory mood. This was not the case with this group! They were already to have fun as they walked Jordan marry Luke!
Throughout the day there were so many special moments. Some of my favorites included:
Jordan’s grandparents reading her a letter filled with advice before she left for the church.
Luke surprising Jordan with a brick commemorating their wedding day in the church garden.
The wedding party sparkler sendoff (sparklers were not allowed at the reception, so they had a private sparkler moment at the church).
Jordans reaction as she saw Luke standing at the altar (usually I am all about the grooms reaction. However, Jordan had such a cute shoulder shrug and grin that she wins the best reaction award for this wedding).
