Annapolis Engagement Session

Annapolis Engagement Session

Kayla and I first spoke about a month ago.  She was still in the early stages of planning her wedding to Ryan and had not yet decided on a wedding date.  One thing she did know was that she wanted to schedule her engagement session.  Kayla and Ryan decided to have an Annapolis engagement session over Labor Day Weekend since Ryan was going to be back in town.  Usually on a Sunday evening the streets of Annapolis are starting to quiet down.  However, due to the holiday weekend and the amazing fall like weather the streets were filled with people.  Lucky for us, Annapolis is full location options all within a few blocks of the historic downtown area.  First we wandered our way through the side streets taking advantage of the row houses and brick sidewalks.  We then utilized the open field at St. Johns college before Kayla and Ryan had a quick outfit change.  With new clothes on we walked closer to the downtown area and eventually ended up at a dock which provided us with an amazing water view of the Annapolis Harbor.

Throughout the session it was easy to see how much these two cared for each other.  They have spent their entire 4 1/2 year relationship in a long distance relationship due to college and jobs.  They are both looking forward to starting a new life together after their May 2017 wedding and I am looking forward to being able to capture their big day for them!ACP_7927ACP_7978ACP_7982ACP_7999ACP_8047ACP_8056ACP_8069ACP_8101ACP_8117ACP_8119ACP_8131ACP_8172ACP_8191ACP_8205ACP_8229ACP_8238ACP_8251ACP_8278ACP_8315ACP_8316ACP_8326

We finished out the evening by incorporating Kayla and Ryan’s lucky number into their session.
