Spring Hill College Wedding
As a Mobile, Alabama wedding photographer, I have had the privilege of witnessing countless love stories unfold against the backdrop of picturesque venues. Yet, there was something truly special about Molly and Charles’ wedding at Spring Hill College that left an indelible mark on my heart.
From the moment I arrived at the historic campus, I could sense the palpable excitement in the air. Spring Hill College, with its timeless charm and rich history, provided the perfect setting for Molly and Charles to exchange vows and embark on their journey as husband and wife. The ceremony took place at the breathtaking St. Joseph Chapel, a sacred space filled with reverence and love.
As I captured each moment, from the tender exchange of vows to the joyful tears of their loved ones, it was evident that Molly and Charles shared a bond that transcended time and space. Having met during their college years at Spring Hill, navigating long distance as Molly attended medical school at St. Louis University and Charles attended law school at The University of Mississippi, their love story had come full circle, returning to the place where it all began.
Following the ceremony, we made our way to downtown Mobile for wedding party portraits before returning to Stewartfield for the reception, where friends and family gathered to celebrate the newlyweds. Guests were seated under a beautiful tent filled with amazing floral installations by Wildfowers Floral Design. They were then treated to a wide variety of delicious food prepared and served by Names Catering. After dinner Molly and Charles shared the most beautiful and delicious cake created by Sukar Bakers. All of these components along with the warm Southern hospitality, created an atmosphere of pure joy and celebration.
One of the highlights of the day was our photo session along the iconic Avenue of the Oaks. Flanked by majestic oak trees dripping with Spanish moss, Molly and Charles radiated happiness as they posed for portraits against this breathtaking backdrop. It was a moment frozen in time, capturing the essence of their love and the beauty of Spring Hill College.
As the day drew to a close, I couldn’t help but feel grateful to have been a part of Molly and Charles’ special day. Their love story serves as a reminder that true love knows no bounds and that sometimes, the most magical moments can be found right in our own backyard.
To Molly and Charles, may your love continue to grow and flourish with each passing day. Thank you for allowing me to capture the beauty and romance of your Spring Hill College wedding. May your journey together be filled with endless love, laughter, and cherished memories.
A huge thank you to all of the vendors who worked together to make this wedding one to remember!
