That was exactly the goal for this fun-filled Orange Beach family photography session.
Pizza, Beach Balls & Lots of Fun
Instead of treating the beach like a backdrop for a series of posed portraits, we made it part of the experience.
There was a pizza picnic in the sand, giant beach balls, plenty of running and, of course, time spent playing in the Gulf. It was less about perfectly posed photos and more about giving this family an evening to simply have fun together.
The kids had something fun to do, the whole family could relax and I could photograph all of those genuine moments happening naturally.
And yes, we still captured those beautiful portraits of everyone looking at the camera. But they became just one part of a gallery filled with movement, personality and connection.
