Cat and Jack are another couple that proves true love can be found on a dating app! These two beautiful people met on hinge and quickly became each others best friends. They are the perfect balance to each others personalities with Cat saying that she is louder and more outgoing while Jack is more reserved. One thing this couple has in common is their love of traveling and exploring the world!

Cat and Jack started off their wedding day at the JW Marriott in Washington D.C. The JW Marriott provides stunning views of the Washington Monument and was walking distance to some beautiful areas that we were able to access for portraits prior to the ceremony.

Cat and Jack then headed to St. Katherine Greek Orthodox Church in Falls Church, Virginia for their traditional Greek wedding ceremony. I am always in awe of the traditions and elements contained in a Greek wedding ceremony. If you have never attended one I hope that one day you will be able to experience such a wonderful ceremony full of rituals, prayers and love! While the bride and groom do not speak during the ceremony, the love and emotion still shines through as they commit their lives to each other.

Following the ceremony cat and Jack’s guests headed to The Old Ebbitt Grill for cocktail hour. They were treated to delicious food, and stunning views of The White House and the Washington Monument. Cat and Jack used this time to have me capture their newlywed portraits along the National Mall before joining their guests for the sunset on the rooftop.

With the sun setting, everyone moved to the courtyard of The Old Ebbitt Grill where the reception was was kicked off with a dazzling choreographed first dance full of spins and dips perfectly executed by Cat and Jack. The party never stopped with The Bachelor Boys band providing music that kept everyone dancing until the very last minute!
