Amy and Chris ~ Turf Valley Wedding
Amy and Chris had an absolutely beautiful Turf Valley Wedding earlier this month. Turf Valley provided an absolutely stunning backdrop for a beautiful couple in love. The ceremony site was surrounded by giant weeping willow trees which provided wonderful shade and let the light filter in creating the most beautiful scene for Chris and Amy’s wedding. In Amy’s own words, this is how she described their decision to have a Turf Valley Wedding.
“When it came time to choose our ‘perfect’ venue, I originally thought I wanted a venue by the water. However, I decided to take a look at Turf Valley first, before going over the Bay Bridge. Well, needless to say, Chris and I absolutely loved everything about this venue. So as we went to see the other venues by the water on our list, none quite measured up to Turf Valley and our decision was made.”
Chris and Amy decided to stick with tradition and wait to see each other until the ceremony. I must say that Chris had one of the most emotional reactions to seeing his bride walk down the aisle!
After the ceremony, Chris and Amy kicked off the reception with their first dance. From that point on Chris, Amy and their guests kept the dance floor filled the entire night. There was even a special guest who arrived as a surprise for Chris, who is a huge University of Maryland Fan.
